Assigning Shortcut Keys to Play Back Macros

• When you assign a shortcut key combination for a macro, choose one that is not already used.
• There are already many CTRL + Letter combinations already taken up by Excel’s default shortcuts.
• It’s a good idea to use the CTRL + Shift + Letter combination instead of just CTRL + Letter.
